khelo111 Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights Before You Play

References to a singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. These Terms & Conditions should be read alongside the khelo111 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

To be eligible to open and maintain a khelo111 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You do not already hold an active or suspended khelo111 account.
• You are registering voluntarily and are not subject to a self-exclusion order.
• All information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

khelo111 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close an account at any time if eligibility requirements are not met or if we have reason to believe that the information provided is false or misleading. In such cases, any real-money balance may be returned to the verified payment method after deduction of any applicable bonuses, but winnings generated under ineligible conditions may be voided.

• Each person may hold one and only one khelo111 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms.
• Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or transfer your account, balance, or any accumulated bonuses to another person.
• khelo111 reserves the right to suspend or close any account that is found to be inactive for a period of twelve consecutive months, subject to the balance retrieval process described in Article 11.
• You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information held on your account is kept up to date. Outdated information may delay withdrawal processing.

All financial transactions on the khelo111 Platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). khelo111 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. khelo111 will process verified withdrawal requests within 5 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash. Bank and card withdrawals may take up to 3–5 business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is 1,000 PKR.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that was previously used for deposits into the same account.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds may only be withdrawn once all applicable Wagering Requirements have been fully satisfied.
• khelo111 reserves the right to request supporting identification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding 50,000 PKR.
• Withdrawals requested by accounts under review or investigation may be placed on hold pending resolution.
• khelo111 does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges, which are beyond khelo111's control.

khelo111 offers a range of promotions to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer. Where conflict arises between general Terms & Conditions and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that offer only.

• Bonuses are credited at the absolute discretion of khelo111. We reserve the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, a standard wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies before Bonus Funds can be withdrawn.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the time limit specified in the promotion. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings upon expiry.
• Free bet credits have no cash value. Winnings from free bets are added to your real-money balance after applicable wagering conditions are met.
• khelo111 reserves the right to reverse bonus credits and void associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-margin betting strategies designed to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk, use of multiple accounts, or collusion.

All games and betting markets on khelo111 are governed by individual game rules which are accessible within each game interface. By placing a bet or joining a game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that product.

• Bets placed in error cannot be cancelled once confirmed. Please review all bet details before confirming.

• The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technical means to gain an advantage over the house or other players is strictly prohibited.

• Collusion between players in poker or other multiplayer games is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure.

All content on the khelo111 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, interface design, written content, software code, and databases — is the exclusive property of khelo111 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any khelo111 content without express written permission.
• Game content provided by third-party software providers remains the intellectual property of those providers. Use of such content is subject to both these Terms and the respective provider's licence conditions.

The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. khelo111 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, khelo111 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, however caused.
• Any loss arising from the suspension or termination of your account in accordance with these Terms.

• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit khelo111's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

khelo111 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of the overall agreement between you and khelo111 and should be read alongside these Terms & Conditions.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Financial transaction data, including deposit and withdrawal records, in PKR.

Either party may terminate the user agreement at any time. You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any pending identity verification.

khelo111 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, collusion, bonus abuse, or use of prohibited software.
• Failure to provide requested identity or payment verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.
• Activation of a permanent self-exclusion request by the account holder.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve consecutive months.
• Receipt of a legal or regulatory direction requiring closure.

In cases of closure due to breach, khelo111 reserves the right to void pending bets, cancel bonus balances, and withhold withdrawals pending investigation. Real-money deposits (net of bonuses and voidable winnings) may be returned at khelo111's discretion following investigation. You retain the right to contest such decisions by contacting our support team.

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising out of or in connection with your use of the khelo111 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. khelo111 operates as an international online gaming platform serving users in Pakistan.
